Over a ten year period the firm provided architectural design, planning and project management services during the construction phase of the facility and after completion of the project. The project is located on a multi-acre site with several separate buildings including a main residence, guest facilities and recreational and operational support structures.
During construction the firm worked as part of the owner's team to provide architectural design, construction coordination and design visualization for various portions of the project. The firm designed and coordinated the construction of a number of technical spaces accommodating racks and equipment for the various technical systems in the facility.
In close collaboration with software and hardware engineers, the firm created an architectural spatial database to support and interface with software that controls the mechanical, lighting, security and audio/video systems of the facility.
