This private facility added a guest residence and recreational space to an existing property of approximately six acres. The residence is sited at the base of a small valley adjacent to an open space ravine with abundant wild plant species. The landscape design incorporated significant amounts of native vegetation to integrate with the local fauna. The residence was designed to accommodate visitors and guests with a secluded site for social and recreational events.

In addition to the new residence, the program included site improvements to provide electric vehicle access from the new facility to an existing structure on the property. The layout for the electric vehicle path required extensive site planning and design coordination with the landscape architects, civil and geo-technical engineers.

The firm's personnel were the overall project architects and owner's representatives responsible for the overall design and project management for the project.
