James Davidson Architects worked as design consultants with the audio video contractor, Avidex, in the design and installation of the AV system for the first phase of a new headquarters for a private non-governmental organization, NGO. The AV system provides for sophisticated video and audio interaction, and program distribution in meeting rooms, conference rooms and throughout the campus to support the foundation's mission to serve locally and globally in the areas of health, education and development. Our office provided design coordination, process management and technical documentation during all phases of the project. The work included the integration of all AV devices into the facility, design of custom AV device mounts, and coordination with AV components installed within finished furniture. The project is representative of James Davidson Architects' experience with projects of large scale and complexity.
