Master Plan
The firm was commissioned to prepare a master plan for the site to study near and long term growth needs. The master plan focused on the need for improved site circulation, parking and pedestrian access, locations for future office space, options for wine club facility and improvements to the concert venue.
The winery is located on the grounds of the historic Stimson Hollywood dairy farm. The Chateau grounds share an unusual mix as an historic landmark, a working production winery, an active retail wine outlet, a tourist destination, a corporate meeting facility and a regional cultural music venue.
